Advertising

The Festival has three avenues of advertising

The first in is the 'Brochure' that comes out in April and advertises the coming Festival. This is A5 and is in full colour. It itemises for the first time all of the events and their locations and it is in this document that we publish the Booking Form. The circulation is approximately 20,000. There are only a limited number of spaces and enquiries should be made early.

The second is 'Soh Fah' music magazine that is published each quarter as a glossy A4 sized full colour magazine.  This has just been launched and has a present print run of 1000.  However, it is carried on the Ryedale Festival website and on websites of other musical Festivals in the north of England.  The magazine is edited by Martin vander Weyer of the Spectator magazine and the publisher is a local professional firm Basement Press.

The third avenue is to place an advertisement on our Ryedale Festival website. This is kept up to date throughout the year.

Advertising in the 2012 Brochure

Brochure distribution date - 13th April, 2012

The Ryedale Festival Brochure is A5 size, glossy and printed in full colour. It contains details of all Festival events together with a booking form.

The print run is 35,000 and the brochure is distributed throughout the region, from Teesside to the Humber and further afield via the Festival mailing list.

There are three options for advertising.

Quarter page	64 mm wide x 95 mm deep	£75.00   + VAT
Half page	132 mm wide x 95 mm deep	£145.00  + VAT
Full page Back page	132 mm wide x 195 mm deep 132 mm wide x 195 mm deep	£245.00  + VAT £500.00  + VAT
