1812 Theatre Company presents - The Farndale Avenue Housing Estate Townswomen’s Guild’s Dramatic Society’s Production of Macbeth
by David McGillivray and Walter Zerlin Jnr
David Goodwin, director
This hilarious and uproarious comedy introduces the intrepid ladies of the FAHETG Dramatic Society. Their production – original in the extreme – of the grisly tragedy Macbeth should guarantee them a place in the drama finals at Welwyn Garden City. But under the carefully mascara-ed eye of adjudicator George Peach, events conspire to ensure that everything will be far from all right on the night. ’Hilarious, I laughed myself silly’ (BBC Radio 4).
