The flute and recorder player Rachel Brown, noted for her ‘daring expression and technical brilliance’ (BBC Music Magazine), is joined by a celebrated harpsichordist for this programme which combines established masterpieces of the flute repertoire with some little known pieces, played on an array of flutes and recorders from the period.
