We are pleased to welcome the internationally acclaimed clarinettist Julian Bliss as festival musician-in-residence.  A child prodigy, who began playing the clarinet at the age of 4, he earned his postgraduate artist’s diploma from Indiana University at the age of 12.  At the age of 23 he is now firmly established on the international concert scene.
